Because skincare is personal and hygiene is extremely important, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of skincare products, all purchases are considered final sale once an order has been placed.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Once reviewed, we’ll gladly work with you to provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only issued in situations where:
- The wrong item was sent
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- Your order was lost in transit and confirmed by the shipping carrier
Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
Skin Reactions & Product Results
Every skin journey is unique. Because skin types, sensitivities, routines, and lifestyles vary from person to person, we cannot guarantee specific results and do not offer refunds based on personal skin reactions or dissatisfaction with results.
We always recommend performing a patch test before fully incorporating any new skincare product into your routine.

We process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. If you need to make changes or request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee modifications after an order is placed, we’ll always do our best to help.
